The employees in this store are very welcoming. The store is ran like a family shop and you will feel valued. My pup loves going there even though it is bath time. We get the bath and then browse the treat section and we never leave empty handed. Make sure you take advantage of the 5 for $40 pet wash card.

This will always be my favorite location! Out of all of the self-service bath areas I have used, theirs will always be my favorite by a landslide! They have the perfect setup, a great selection of shampoos, it is always clean, and they work diligently to get it ready for the next people. I appreciate their use of the punch card. Every single worker that I have met, has been personable and some of the nicest people I've ever met. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Mr. Tom, consider yourself a very lucky person! He is the sweetest man on top of being an excellent employee. I was having a very rough day, knowing that it was my last bath with my dog, and he could not have been more kind and more caring about my situation. He took time out of his own day to make sure that I was okay and that he could assist me with anything I may need. A week later, he still showed so much love and attention towards my other dogs as well as acknowledging my one who passed. Pet Supplies is VERY lucky to have him on their team, representing them!

I’ve been buying dog food from Pet Supplies Plus for years, so this experience was incredibly disappointing. I bought a bag of dog food a few months ago and opened it last month. I noticed some of the chicken pieces had strange white patches on them, which already made me uncomfortable. Then today I found an actual colony of worms inside the bag. When I contacted the store, they refused to refund me because it had been over 30 days since purchase, even though the food was unopened for part of that time. Instead, they told me to contact the manufacturer for a replacement bag. At this point, after finding worms in the food, I don’t even want my baby girl eating this brand anymore — why would I want another bag? What makes this even worse is that the owner was already aware there were issues with this batch of dog food, yet chose to do nothing. If you truly care about pets and the people who trust your store, the responsible thing would have been to notify customers who purchased this brand, ask them to inspect the food, and offer some kind of solution or support. Instead, there was no warning, no accountability, and no concern shown for the dogs that may have been eating this conta

Elli did an absolutely amazing job grooming our dog! From the moment we arrived, she was kind, patient, and clearly very experienced. Our pup came back looking beautiful, clean, and happy — honestly one of the best grooming results we’ve ever had. You can tell Elli truly cares about the dogs she works with and puts a lot of attention into every detail. We’re so grateful to have found her and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🐶✨

Josie was an amazing groomer for my fairly large (77lb) 3 year old Goldendoodle! Services included bath/brush/nail grind. I thought it was reasonably priced and all done in a timely manner- less than 2 hours where other pet stores have taken closer to 4 hours. He was very clean, fluffy, and happy. It was clear he was well cared for. Although we typically do the self serve dog wash, we will definitely be booking again throughout the year. The store as a whole is very clean, well stocked, and all staff members have been kind, happy, and friendly! Always offer to help and happy to answer questions.
